We use Thailand post for delivery. You will receive a delivery notification email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders will take 24-48 hours to process. (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays)
Canada, Brazil, South America takes about 25-30 business days
USA, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, UK and most of European Country takes about 20-25 business days
Australia and most country in Asia takes about 10-18 business days
Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges unworn, unwashed good condition items.
Return and exchanges within 20 days of the delivery date.
SALE items cannot be return or exchange.
We don’t currently cover the cost of return shipping. We do cover cost for 1st exchange send back item to you. Item can be exchange only with same design in difference size.
We’re not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender.
To process refunds within 5 working days from when we receive your return.
To process exchange within 5 working days ( or more if we out of stock) from when we receive the returns.
The Package Returns to sender
If we got send back package.
UNCLAIMED- We will send notification to you. You can cancel the order by get refund 70% of your order or We will cover cost for 1st send back. But if we got send back package 2rd time we have to cancel your order with out refund.
If the package was send back to us by our mistake we would be responsible for all of shipping cost.
Cancellations
